I designed a concise lens-free holographic microscope where off-axis holograms could be retrieved with a inline-like set-up. The quantitative phase profile could be reconstructed from the captured hologram.

A portable holographic microscope was fabricated by applying the technique I proposed. The demension of this portable holographic microscope is only about 13*11*7cm.
